Are Nailberry products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, absolutely. We are proud to be certified vegan, cruelty-free, and Halal. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients and never test our products or ingredients on animals.
How long does shipping take within the UK and internationally?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. For international orders, shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 5-10 working days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on polishes that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.
Is Nailberry polish '12-free'?
Yes, our formulas are '12-free', meaning they are developed without Formaldehyde, Toluene, Camphor, DPB, Formaldehyde Resin, Xylene, Ethyl Tosylamide, Triphenyl Phosphate, Alcohol, Parabens, Animal Derivatives, and Gluten.
